If your PC Partner product was purchased as part of a complete system (or partial system), as for example, the motherboard in a PC main unit, then your primary contact for Technical Support should be the System Integrator. System Integrators had chosen the component modules for the system, therefore they have a better picture of the overall configuration details, and a more precise idea in case any problem would arise. Please try to contact the System Integrator first.

The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and Trouble-Shooting Guidelines are collections of common scenerio related to product technical issues feedback from users and engineers. You may be able to get answers to technical questions from these information sources.
[3] Identifying the product, and describing the symptom -
We can provide answers to technical questions faster if the product type / model type is precisely identified before posting the question. For example, Motherboard products are identified by the Form-Factor, CPU Socket/Slot type, interface/bus type, Chipset type, or simply by the exact Model Number string. Please fill in the Technical Support Form with as much detail as you can provide, including the system configuration components types, BIOS version (if this is PC Partner motherboard), and a detail description on the symptom/issue.
