Tests such as real time design rules checking, in-circuit test, S&H compatibility test, system integration test, run-in test, dynamic and static burn in, environmental stress test, accelerated life test and packaging test are carried out at different stage of production for product design validation.

We deliver total engineering solutions to customers through value-added product realization services. Our fully integrated services cover the complete manufacturing process from product mechanics and electronics, software, printed circuit board, high level assembly, test development, in-circuit & functional testing to new production induction, and we give detailed advice on the design and feasibility of product prototype from time to time.

Manufacturing
Equipped with scalable facilities including 29 SMT lines, COB, SMD and wave soldering machines, PC Partner operates on a global capacity to meet with the growing demand of the global market and our customers worldwide.

From Quality System, Environmental Management System to Occupational Health & Safety Management System - all our manufacturing practices are fully compliant with industry as well as international standards. In addition, we have an in-house EMI test chamber installed for design verification, and we will send our products to third-party laboratories for final EMI approval to make sure all EMI requirements are being met with.

With the new EU environmental regulations to be launched in 2006, we have proactively taken every step to green-up our production - by modifying our SMT and Wave Soldering Lines for green product production, and through contracting with lead-free and eutectic compliant product suppliers.

Supply Chain & Procurement
Because we understand the importance of production cost optimization, our market-savvy material procurement personnel will make every effort to source for components and materials with competitive price and high quality.
