SINGAPORE — November 15, 2024 — PC Partner Group Limited (HKEX: 1263; SGX: PCT) (“PC Partner” or the “Group”), an industry-leading global manufacturer of computer electronics, announced today that it has successfully listed, by way of introduction, on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”.) The shares are traded on the Main Board of the SGX-ST under the stock code “PCT” in board lot sizes of 100 Shares each. The Group’s Shares remain primarily listed and traded on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX.)
Furthermore, PC Partner Group Limited has relocated its headquarters to Singapore to support and manage the Group’s continued business growth in Southeast Asia and other regions. It will continue to expand operations in Singapore by hiring talent to strengthen its presence and position the Group for long-term success.
